2020 will see my 30th Anniversary in the travel industry. Starting out in 1990 at American Express in Brighton, then moving onto a smaller agency which gave me a broader aspect on the business, before starting my own business as Genie Travel. After short break of 5 years, as a result of the financial collapse of 2009, I returned as an ITE member in 2014.

What do you like most about working in the travel industry?

I love working in the travel industry despite all the ups and downs, because there is a great camaraderie between fellow agents and our suppliers.

Wellness holiday (yoga, activity,spa etc) unusual destinations and tailor made itineraries

What destinations do you love to book for your customers and why?

Wherever they want to go the more unusual the better. I love putting together complex itineraries

What is your personal Favourite Destination / Holiday and Why?

I love Greece, it\'s one of my favourite places. It was one of the first places I went to on my own many, many years ago.
I love the lifestyle and the history, and the people are great.

Why should customers choose to book with you?

I will search out the best deal for my customers, and try to match their requirements as closely as possible, and give them numerous options.
