You should book with me because I want all of my customers to have the best trip possible, and that means I put in the work to make it happen. And for me it’s also about providing a tailored, personal service so customers know that I’m there for them whatever questions or requirements they might have.

I’ve worked in the travel and leisure industry on and off for around 27 years now, from time spent working in hotels to business travel, and from retail travel on the high street to internet-based operators. After a break working in other business sectors I realised I still had a real passion for the travel business, and decided that working for myself was what I really wanted. That led me to ITE and I’ve not looked back.

I know it sounds like a cliché but I’m a real ‘people person’ so the chance to engage with operators and customers alike is something I really enjoy. For me, nothing beats the satisfaction of knowing that I’ve found someone the perfect holiday package. It’s all about making people happy.

On my own adventures I have travelled to the west coast of the USA, France, Italy and India and love selling packages to these countries but Australia is one of my favourites as I’ve been fascinated by how large it is and how much it has to offer, and there are other destinations that just provide so many exciting possibilities. I know people will come back with some very special memories.

I’m a real fan of holidays in the UK too, so that would be my choice. It offers so much variety, and whether you want culture, countryside, beaches or a romantic getaway it’s all there. And whatever the time of year or occasion there’s somewhere perfect.
